The Process

Kick Off

Our process kicks off with a meeting, either in person, over the phone, or via Zoom – you choose the most convenient option. During this meeting, our team will delve into your business, goals, and the services offered by ShedBetter to meet your specific needs.

Tailor-Made Proposal

Following the initial meeting, we’ll craft a tailor-made proposal, outlining costs, deliverables, and timelines to transform your goals into reality. If you accept the proposal, we’ll send you an agreement requiring your signature and an upfront payment of half the total cost, with the remaining amount due upon project completion.

Intake Essentials

Next, our project manager will provide you with an intake form that gathers essential details that our designers will need for your project, such as preferred colors, looks, fonts, and more.

Timeline

Branding & Logo

3 weeks after receiving your intake form, you’ll receive the first round of proofs. We’ll schedule a meeting to discuss the design, incorporating your input and any changes you desire. We’ll then proceed to round 2, followed by round 3. Once you approve the final designs, we’ll bundle up your brand guidelines (if applicable) along with all logo files and send them your way.

Website Development

4 to 8 weeks after receiving your intake form, you’ll receive the first round of proofs for your website design. We’ll arrange a meeting to review the design, incorporating your feedback and desired changes. We’ll then proceed to round 2 and finally round 3. After your approval, we’ll launch your website! If necessary, we can provide training for you or a member of your staff to make website updates. Alternatively, we offer maintenance packages or an hourly rate for future changes, tailored to your preference.
